What is Home Tight?

Home Tight Air Sealing is all about making houses tighter. To achieve this goal, the HTA approach is to assess houses from the design stage to build, and apply conventional methods and new technology to ensure that tightness goals are reached.

Home Tight uses Aerobarrier, a game changing house envelope sealing technology that helps home builders and owners reach their desired air tightness targets. Using computer-controlled equipment, it eliminates all the guesswork from finding holes in your house; it can seal up to ½” in diameter, potentially making your heating and cooling more efficient, and improving indoor air quality.

Home Tight also uses Aeroseal, an aerosolized duct sealant that can enhance the efficiency of your HVAC. Using computer-controlled equipment, it eliminates all the guesswork from finding holes in your ducts; it can seal up to 5/8” in diameter, making your heating and cooling more efficient, and also improving indoor air quality.
